Does Hardcase Technologies sell Handpans?
No, currently Hardcase Technologies does not market Hang or Handpans, however provides extensive information on the location of manufacturers in the world. How can I leave feedback or post a picture of your product?
You can leave feedback within the shop on the product page, or you can post your own pictures featuring our Hardcase Technologies products on Instagram hashtaging: #hardcasetechnologies or #evatek. Using either method would indicate to us that you are an active client via our website or on our social media.

Can I use the Polycase 2.0 as a container for other soft bags or Evatek?
Yes, by removing the internal protection of the Polycase 2.0, it can carry a Evatek one-foam inside and with a PANArt Hang Handpan measures. It may also contain bags bells or PANArt houses and the like. You can not insert larger bags at the time. For more info go here Polycase or 2.0 connectivity foot.
What is the Polycase 2.0 and how comfortable is it?
Polycase 2.0 is a multi-purpose trolley made out of 100% rigid plastic. 6mm of ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) ensures optimum protection for inflight storage. Its special feature is the combination of comfort and durability. Featuring ergonomic padded shoulder straps, makes it ideal for carrying on the shoulder even outside the airport. What is the Evatek and how durable is it?
Evatek is the new frontier of the semi rigid bags. Its weight and size make it comfortable for long journeys and for all types of travel, even the most challenging; bus, train, bicycle, hiking and much more, will no longer be a problem. Evatek is not always compatible for storage in the aircraft (flight case). For more info visit our Evatek.
How much time is required from when I order, to the delivery of a product?
After the confirmation of payment is received, your order will then be processed within 24 to 48 hours for shipment worldwide. (Unless otherwise communicated in a previous notice)

Are you a client located in the US or Canada?
From today, Hardcase Technologies is in collaboration with Saraz Handpan located in Asheville, North Carolina. All American customers will have access to the site for purchases made within the US, of our main products such as the Evatek and the Polycase 2.0. US customers can only purchase from the accessories shop in the Rest of the World section. The US online shop dispatches from North Carolina directly across Canada and the US. These purchases will not be subjected to customs charges or Italian taxes. The Rest of the World shop, instead ships from Italy worldwide. Depending on the country, these purchases will then be subjected to customs charges and clearance timings.
By purchasing from Hardcase Technologies, am I entitled to a warranty and assistance before and after sale or to a return policy?
All Hardcase Technologies products are covered by a 2 year warranty and a 10 day return policy (unless otherwise stated in the product warranty). Hardcase Technologies also offers an efficient customer care unit. If you have a question please contact us and we’ll be glad to help. Can I fly safely with my Handpan?
To be sure, you may want to consider the following two options. Buy a ticket for the instrument and contact your airline, or make sure you purchase a good Hardcase e.g. Flightcase – Polycase 2.0. Before departure, make sure it is closed tightly and sealed. Alternatively it’s recommended lining the outside of your luggage with plastic film. This service can be requested directly at the airport at a cost of about € 10. With this alternative, you can take advantage of insurance coverage in case of damage or the mishandling of your baggage.
Can I bring my Handpan in the cabin as hand luggage?
Each airline allows for hand luggage with size ranges varying between them, however a few allow the measurements of Handpans. There were, however, cases where flight crews allowed in cabin stowage the Evatek medium and Polycase 1.0 without problems, after checking their compatibility with the aircrafts overhead compartment.
What are the differences between a Lightcase, softbags and Hardcase\Flightcase?
The Lightcase and softbags use materials that do not provide total protection in case of external pressure and are not compatible to be loaded in aircraft hold. All Hardcase and Flightcase, use flexible protection or rigid plastic and are thus compatible to be loaded into aircraft hold.
