Yes, if the bag has been ruined within 2 years from the purchase date and due to manufacturing defects. You should initiate your complaint HERE. An officer will verify if the difect is due to a manufacturing problem or to your neglect.
Unfortunately it is not our responsibility. We recommend you to contact the luggage department for a refund. You can be reimbursed showing your purchase invoice because of airport negligence. The law permits it.
