Products of USA shop are available only for USA citizens. Products of Israel shop are available only for Israeli citizens.

Unfortunately it is not our responsibility. We recommend you to contact the luggage department for a refund. You can be reimbursed showing your purchase invoice because of airport negligence. The law permits it.
